Freshmen All Americans
Two freshmen with Arkansas ties have been named to the Football Writers Association of America Freshman All-America team.
Kenneth Dixon, running back for Louisiana Tech is from Strong, Ark, and Arkansas State wide receiver J.D. McKissic, who had 11 catches in the Go Daddy Bowl win over Kent State, from Phenix City, Ala.
