A break from coaching search
With Thanksgiving next week here’s a suggestion for all of you who make dressing.
Instead of buying a box or can of chicken broth, make your own by boiling a chicken. You’ll be amazed at how much flavor your dressing has. Especially if you add the meat to your dressing.
I don’t have an option of whether or not to make dressing, Whitney, my daughter, doesn’t insist, she demands I make it. Christmas too and at least one other time during the year.
My least favorite part of the process is crumbling the cornbread, but overall, making dressing is not that hard and when your only child thinks yours is the best in the world, crumbling cornbread is not that hard.
Neither is boiling a chicken.
This is day 219 of not knowing who the next head football coach of the Razorbacks is and I decided to think about Thanksgiving instead of a coaching search.
Why is it that everyone gives Long a pass on the demise of this season? He’s very responsible for this debacle. He hired Petrino.He didn’t manage Petrino and in fact was involved in expediting the hiring of the 22 year old long legged blonde girl friend of Petrino where there were 152 applicants. He sheds a tear and everybody gives him credit for making the tough decision of firing Petrino. That was an act. He then hires JLS who was in terrible financial trouble and has been an embarrassment to the program in more ways than one.
I get so tired of hearing how we are all waiting on who Long hires next. We need to fire Long and hire another AD. I recommend hiring Ken Hatfield.
