The heat is on
Jeff Long and John L. Smith should be very thankful that the Razorbacks Nation is ticked off at them.
Anger means people still care. It is apathy that eats a program up from the inside out.
While I don’t think you replace John L. now, and I explain why in detail in my column, I do think he was a mistake.
Financial woes knock you down. They worry you constantly, and $25 million is a figure most loyal Razorback fans cannot really wrap their heads around.
I think what bothered me most about Saturday was that night I saw an Ole Miss team that was more inspired and playing with energy than I saw Saturday afternoon. It was after the first quarter that the Hogs seemed to start gliding.
Maybe they are a morning team.
One thing is certain — there is not a sure W left on the Razorbacks’ schedule because the right buttons are not being pushed before or during the game.

Clark: Still wearing that Arkansas Dominates tee?
Hi Wally! As I watched the game yesterday 10/27/12 against Ole Miss it came to me what this team looks like: a bunch of orphans. It’s like they have lost their parents and are doing the best they can to make it with no anchor or guide. Blame: Bobby, of course. Hopefully they will learn some real life lessons from this situation. That’s about all that is left. I really feel for those boys!
